I lost my progress after reinstalling. Cold Case Bureau stores your reputation and solved cases on your device. Reinstalling or switching devices clears that data. Cloud sync is not in this release.
A case won't unlock. Higher tiers (Detective, Senior, Major) require minimum reputation. Open the Profile screen to see how close you are to the next tier.
I think I found a typo or a logic bug. Use the flag icon at the top of the case file. That sends the case ID along with your message so it's easy to track down.
How do I reset everything? Settings then Reset Progress. Two confirmations, then your reputation, solved cases, and active investigations are erased.
